Liability
Albugue accepts no liability for any costs arising from personal injury, material damage or loss of property incurred during your stay.

Camping spots

You can indicate a preference for a spot when booking. We will take your wishes into account as much as possible, but we do not guarantee the spot. If desired, we will always provide you with a power connection.

Booking and paying a deposit for the campsite

When booking a stay of four or more nights, we ask for a deposit of 100 euros. For fewer nights, we ask you to pay the full amount in advance. After receipt of this, the reservation is final. Upon arrival, we ask you to pay the full remaining amount. The accommodation costs are due for the entire reserved period, even if you arrive later or leave earlier. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance yourself.

Booking and paying for gîtes

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 200 euros per week of stay. After receipt of this, the reservation is final. Upon arrival, we ask you to pay the full amount due. The accommodation costs are due for the entire reserved period, even if you arrive later or leave earlier. We advise you to take care of cancellation insurance yourself.

Cancellation of camping and gîtes

The reservation can be cancelled and fully refunded up to two months before your specified arrival date, minus a 20 euro administration fee.

If you cancel up to one month in advance, you will receive half of your deposit back, minus 20 euros administration costs. A cancellation after one month before the arrival date will not be refunded.

Check-in

Check-in is possible between 16:00 and 18:00. Outside these times upon consultation.

Check out

Please check out before 10am.   Outside these times, by consultation.

Pay on Albugue

The remaining amount can be transferred to our bank account number that you will receive by e-mail before arrival, or paid in cash or by French check upon arrival. Payment by bank card is also possible, in which case 1.9% transaction costs will be added.

Animals
Please be aware that Albugue is a farm. Our dogs and cats have free access to the camping area and the terraces of the gîtes. We do not accept any responsibility for any inconvenience or material damage that you may experience.

In case of repeated violation of the house rules below, you will be required to leave the premises without any refund.
